Report on Communal Atrocities committed upon the Religious - Ethnic Minorities in Bangladesh

According to the Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council, a total of 257 communal violence incidents occurred nationwide in the first six months of this year (January 1 to June 30, 2026), notably including 44 murders; 62 attacks and vandalism on temples and other places of worship; and 47 attacks, arson, and vandalism targeting homes and business establishments.
