Minority leaders demand release of Haridas Tarani Das

The demands were made at a protest rally in front of the Jatiya Press Club in Dhaka. The demonstrators later marched through Paltan before returning to the club. Addressing the rally, the council's General Secretary Manindra Kumar Nath alleged that Tarani Das had been unfairly arrested despite the temple having been under construction for a long time.
